** Currently due to the Covid-19 lockdown our delivery times are being impacted, this is due to backlogs with couriers and also ourselves having reduced staffing inline with HSE guidelines. All delivery methods are running slower than normal "Standard", "Express" and "Premium Express". Most deliveries are taking 3 to 10 working days. We work out our carriage charges based on a flat rate method, so depending on where the order is being delivered you pay a flat rate for the complete order. We are now also offering two express delivery options. We are continuing to offer our standard delivery rate of 5 euro for deliveries within Ireland, which is a 2-3 Day delivery but you can now also avail of an Express  and Premium Express option.

Express Delivery is a next day delivery service. This will be dependent on the time you place the order.

Premium Express Deivery is a next day delivery service with a prioritised delivery slot. This will be dependent on the time you place the order.

We are now offering a Click & Collect service, when you are checking out, the page with Delivery options will give you the option to select Click & Collect, this is of course free of charge, and we will contact you as soon as your order is available for collection. Collections are available throughout normal working hours.

Not all delivery options are available to every part of the country, if you select an Express or Premium Express delivery service but this service is not available in your area we will refund the difference between the selected option and the delivery option received.

From time to time we may be out of certain items that customers order, on these occasions we will make contact with the customer usually via email to let them know of the delay. If the delay is unacceptable either the item or the complete order maybe cancelled by the customer and a full refund given.
